The petition is the formal initiation of the SAID formation process. DASH collects all necessary project information, prepares the petition document and all required supporting exhibits, coordinates any required studies or analyses, and manages submission to the Arizona Finance Authority. The developer provides project details — DASH handles everything else.
To get started, please provide the following:
Project site information and legal descriptions
Project development program and infrastructure costs
Project ownership and entity documentation
Any existing project approvals or entitlements
Once we have your information, DASH will:
Collect and organize all project information and outline your project's financing plan
Prepare the formal SAID petition document
Coordinate required supporting documentation and exhibits
Manage relationships with the AFA throughout review
Respond to AFA questions and supplemental information requests
Track petition status and communicate updates to the development team
DASH manages this milestone entirely. Your role is to review and approve — DASH does the rest. The team handling this step helped design the program it’s executing, so every action is informed by firsthand knowledge of what the AFA expects and how to move efficiently.
