Step 04 of 6

Bond Issuance

D.A. Davidson manages the full bond issuance process — from structuring and sizing through investor engagement, pricing, and closing.

Overview

Bond issuance is the financing event that generates the capital needed to fund eligible public infrastructure. D.A. Davidson manages each stage of the process, including structuring the bond transaction, preparing the official statement, engaging institutional investors, pricing the bonds in the market, and coordinating the closing. DASH oversees the broader process, while the developer’s role is primarily to review and approve key decisions.

What You Provide

To get started, please provide the following:

Review and approve bond documents and official statement

Authorize the bond issuance through district governance

Execute required closing documents

What DASH Does

Once we have your information, DASH will:

Structure the bond transaction and size the issuance.

Prepare the official statement and all required bond documents.

Coordinate legal opinions and all required bond counsel work.

Engage institutional investors in the tax-exempt bond market.

Manage pricing, book-building, and allocation.

Execute bond closing and fund delivery to the district.

Coordinate activation of the reimbursement process through the Launch Reimbursement System™.

The DASH Promise at This Stage
DASH manages this milestone entirely. Your role is to review and approve — DASH does the rest. The team handling this step helped design the program it’s executing, so every action is informed by firsthand knowledge of what the AFA expects and how to move efficiently.
